10. Clash Of The Titans

$493,214,993

Clash of the Titans is a 2010 fantasy film and remake of the 1981 film of the same name. The Clash of the Titans remake project started in 2002 under producer Adam Schroeder and writers John Glenn and Travis Wright. Critical reaction has been mixed to negative overall. If you don't care about plot or character development, go ahead and watch it.

9. How To Train Your Dragon

$494,878,759

Incredible! Certainly the front runner for the best animated film of the year. From the first to the last frame this film is as good as an animated film gets on almost every level. The movie takes a bold chance, and attempts to entertain adults not by being cute, gimmicky, thematically challenging, or infused with pop culture shout outs; it does so by being imaginative, heartfelt, and beautiful in fiery flourishes.

8. Despicable Me

$526,597,262

The action sequences are thrillingly enhanced by the right amount of 3D, and make sure you stay while the credits roll on. It is a perfectly agreeable family entertainment, but not exactly original and nowhere near Pixar's great creations. Despicable Me just about finds the right balance between heart, humour and whizzbang 3D spectacle.

7. Iron Man 2

$621,751,988

Iron Man bests the biggest adversaries of the superhero genre in his second outing: production troubles, sequel-bloat and overwhelming, unrestrained fanboy hype. The whole movie felt like a setup for another movie. Characters are introduced, stuff happens, but nothing really matters, at best it hints, that there could be happening something in the future.

6. The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

$693,480,124

What began as an enjoyably perverse fable of teen romance and chastity has dwindled, by this third instalment, into a sorry, soppy saga. This entire movie is nothing more than a very poorly written romantic dilemma, wrapped in a weak premise of vampire and werewolves in an attempt to lure extra interest. If you are brave enough to see it I recommend drinking something that will erase the memory and numb the pain afterward.

5. Shrek Forever After

$739,813,967

Shrek Forever After brings the long-running saga to a lively close, reminding each of the characters about the love and friendship which bind them together. Shrek Forever After is an amiable but underpowered conclusion to a franchise that ran out of comic ideas six years ago. It is time to lay this ogre to rest.

4. Inception

$825,491,877

A marvelous, highly enjoyable film that continues Nolan's climb toward the very top of the list of the best filmmakers working today. The story moves fast from one scene to another, making the viewers feel like on a roller coaster ride. At times, it's hard to keep up, even after watching it several times. Do yourself a favor by experiencing this exceptionally lucid classic created by Nolan!

3. Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows
    (Part 1)

$903,108,372

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is the first entry of the franchise to really capture the essence of J.K. Rowling's masterworks. Part 1 concludes with good and evil evenly balanced, both sides having suffered losses in pursuit of ultimate victory. It should be wise for people to at least watch the first six films in order before watching this one, if they haven't read the books already.

2. Alice In Wonderland

$1,024,299,722

A fun film with awesome visual design. Johnny Depp plays the Mad Hatter with usual gusto, as he brings much energy and quirkiness to such an oddball character. Danny Elfman's score fits the environment just right, giving added intensity when needed. This film is essentially Tim Burton's playground and even if there wasn't any story, it still would be plenty of fun to just watch the loony characters in their environment.

1. Toy Story 3

$1,063,143,492

The Toy Story movies have always been impossible not to love thanks to their mixture of heart, humour and action, but this last goodbye is the best yet. Toy Story 3 is equal parts hilarious, touching, insightful and exciting and anyone who doesn't come out smiling probably isn't human. The perfect film does not, and cannot, exist. But if it did, it would probably look a lot like this. As an amazing end to such a magnificent trilogy, "Toy Story 3" is a must watch movie. Enough said.
